3. Construction Location: The project is located at No. 16, Xihuan Road, Shenze County Industrial Park, Shijiazhuang City, within the existing plant of Shijiazhuang Longze Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The central geographic coordinates of the site are 115°10'17.750" East Longitude and 38°10'48.661" North Latitude. The east side of the site is adjacent to Shenze County Xihuan Road, the south side is adjacent to Hebei Shenke Building Materials Co., Ltd., and the west and north sides are planned industrial land. The nearest residential area is Zexi Huayuan, located 425 meters northeast of the site.

4. Main Construction Content and Scale: Based on the original plant building, this project will add organized exhaust gas collection devices, add unorganized exhaust gas sealing devices, and add noise reduction facilities. Through technical transformation, the project will add pilot production for two products: Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate (TAF) at 5000 kg/a, and Pregabalin at 5000 kg/a.
