As the core platform for technological innovation and achievement transformation of the company, the Technology Research Institute integrates technological advantages to break through key technical bottlenecks and achieve a leap from 0 to 1. It verifies the feasibility of process technology to ensure the scientificity, reliability and compliance of R&D and production processes. With a 600-square-meter standardized laboratory equipped with advanced and complete small-scale and pilot-scale synthesis and analysis equipment, it mainly carries out research such as process optimization and upgrading, product quality improvement, new technology R&D and application, cost reduction and efficiency increase, and green synthesis technology. It provides solid technical support for the transformation of projects from the laboratory to industrialization, and continuously provides core impetus for the company's innovative development and the improvement of market competitiveness.
As a key force in transforming scientific theories into practical productivity, the Process Engineering Research Institute provides comprehensive support for technology landing with its improved production system and professional configuration. It has two Class D clean workshops and two modular synthesis workshops, equipped with multi-functional and multi-material reaction tanks covering hydrogenation, high / low temperature and other processes, as well as various types of dryers and crushers. It can flexibly undertake various synthesis projects, fully cover the whole-process needs of API and FDF process scale-up research, registration verification, technical improvement and optimization, and meet the requirements of kg-level to ton-level batch products. Five products have successfully passed on-site inspection.
The company has built a new high-toxicity and high-activity multi-functional workshop, which accurately meets the production standards of high-end characteristic APIs, further expands the layout of high-end products, and lays a solid foundation for the rapid transformation of technological achievements and product iteration and upgrading.
