First Public Notice of Environmental Impact Assessment for the Oral Solid Dosage Workshop Pilot Technical Transformation Project

In accordance with the requirements of the Public Participation Measures for Environmental Impact Assessment (Ministry Order No. 4), Shijiazhuang Longze Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. hereby publicly announces the project name, site selection, construction content, and other basic information as follows:

The project is located at No. 16 Xihuan Road, Shenze County Industrial Park, within the premises of Shijiazhuang Longze Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

4. Main Construction Content and Scale:

Based on the existing plant, the project will add organized exhaust gas collection devices, unorganized exhaust gas sealing devices, and noise reduction facilities. Through technical transformation, two additional pilot products will be introduced:

- Tenofovir alafenamide fumarate (TAF): 5,000 kg/a

- Pregabalin: 5,000 kg/a

5. Existing Project and Environmental Protection Status:

Longze Pharmaceutical is located at No. 16 Xihuan Road, West District, Hebei Shenze Economic Development Zone, covering a total area of 100,392.97 m², with 420 existing employees. Existing products include:

- Lamivudine API: 100 t/a (all used for lamivudine preparations)

- Lamivudine preparations: 1 billion tablets/year

- Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate tablets: 1 billion tablets/year

- Tenofovir alafenamide fumarate tablets: 100 million tablets/year

- Pregabalin capsules: 2.5 billion capsules

- Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate API: 50 t/a (all used for oral preparations)

- Esomeprazole API: 30 t/a (all used for oral preparations)

- Paroxetine hydrochloride API: 30 t/a (all used for oral preparations)

- Esomeprazole tablets: 1 billion tablets/year

- Paroxetine hydrochloride tablets: 1 billion tablets/year

The company currently holds a pollutant discharge permit issued by the Shijiazhuang Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau, valid from September 4, 2024, to September 3, 2029 (Permit No.: 91130100796583829Y001P).
