② Coordinate team resources and promote cross-departmental collaboration to ensure efficient R&D operations.

① Responsible for pilot-scale scale-up and registration batch production of the company's registration projects and process optimization projects, ensuring smooth project execution.
② Responsible for resolving process technical issues during external order production.
③ Responsible for drafting process documents, ensuring production processes comply with GMP requirements.

(II) Job Requirements:
④ Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields, with solid knowledge of organic synthesis. Proficient in applying organic synthesis principles, familiar with organic reaction mechanisms, and capable of performing material balance calculations.
⑤ Solid experimental skills, with the ability to observe experimental phenomena and analyze experimental data.
⑥ Proficient in using common chemical software such as ChemOffice, and skilled in drawing reaction equations and process flow diagrams.
⑦ Proficient in using various search tools and databases for literature retrieval, with the ability to read professional literature in English.
⑧ Familiar with the API R&D process, knowledgeable about GMP requirements, and experienced in process scale-up or production.
⑨ Familiar with pharmaceutical production equipment, able to complete equipment selection based on process parameters.
